Join us by welcoming Amanda King as our newest member of our Board of Directors!
Amanda is a passionate supporter of Raphael House’s work to help families achieve and thrive. She is a founding member of the Program Committee, helping form internal programs for existing and former residents. An acclaimed jazz singer, mom, businesswoman, and former Raphael House resident, she relishes giving back to Raphael House as it was there for her and her son, in their time of greatest need.
Amanda shared that one of her favorite memories while living at Raphael House was mealtime. “I’d become friends with a couple of other moms and our kids would sit next to each other and giggle and eat and then go play after while we cleaned up.”
We are incredibly lucky to have Amanda as a member of our Board.
