The purpose of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is to engage community-minded Bay Area professionals and philanthropists interested in advancing Raphael House’s mission, vision, and programs. Our goal is to create a network of advocates for families experiencing homelessness and to grow the reach of our programs through members’ professional experience and connections.
