The Raphael House respects the privacy of visitors to our website. We understand you value your privacy and we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. This statement governs

Through our website, we offer convenient online access to our services and communicate with you about important opportunities and events. We will not collect personal information from you when you visit our website unless you provide the information to us voluntarily.

Online Profile Form: If you complete the Profile form we make available and share your personal information, this information will be used only to provide you with more targeted content. We may use your contact information to send further information about our organization or to contact you when necessary. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the “Opt Out” section below.

Applying to be a volunteer: When you apply online to be a volunteer, we will ask you for your name, contact information and date of birth. We may ask for other data as well, depending on the volunteer activity.

Analytics information: We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the website. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the web site. We may enter your name into one of our databases so we can contact you to obtain your input, provide information about our programs and events, or request contributions. On occasion, the Raphael House may share information about you with vendors and service providers that assist us with our activities and programs. These vendors and service providers help us with functions such as fulfilling orders, managing data and processing donations. In addition, we make disclosures as required by law. We do aggregate information about how our website is used (without specific identification to any particular user) to be able to improve our website and make it more responsive to our users’ preferences.

Throughout our Web pages, we provide links to other servers which may contain information of interest to our readers. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from our site, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our site to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us through a special online form. You may choose to receive only specific communications or none at all.
