Priyanka is a management consulting leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate business transformation, organizational change and strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has partnered with Fortune 500 companies across the technology, healthcare, life sciences, and public sectors to design solutions that drive sustainable operational performance and lasting business outcomes.
Most recently, Priyanka served as Practice Leader for Organizational Effectiveness at Unify Consulting, where she built, mentored and led a high-performing team dedicated to advising enterprise clients through large-scale organizational transformations. Previously, she held consulting leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, specializing in business strategy, technology implementation, and operational excellence.
Priyanka holds a Master of Science in Economics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delhi. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to community stewardship believing that strong, resilient societies are built from the ground up. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young children and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
