Memorial and Honorary Donations
Dedicate your gifts to the memory of a friend or loved one, or in honor of a special occasion. When you make a donation, we will send out a personalized card on your behalf.
Monthly Giving
You can provide continuous assistance to Raphael House with automatic monthly contributions. By becoming a monthly donor you allow us to sustain our existing programs while helping to grow new ones. Being a monthly donor is easy. We will charge your credit or debit card automatically each month and you will never have to write a check or remember to renew your support. By being a monthly donor, you allow us to reduce our administrative costs so more of your donations can be used to serve our families. If you would like to, set up an automatic monthly payment.
Workplace Giving
Giving through United Way and other workplace giving campaigns is an easy way to make a big impact. To find out what programs your workplace offers, contact your Human Resources Department.
To donate to Raphael House through United Way write: Raphael House of San Francisco on your pledge form and your donation will be automatically deducted from you paycheck. These are some of the workplace giving programs that we participate in.

Matching Gifts
Your gift can go even further if your company offers a matching gift program. Check with your Human Resources Department to find out if your company participates:
- Obtain a matching gift form and program guidelines from your Human Resources office.
- Fill in the employee section of the form and send it to Raphael House along with your donation. If you've already made your contribution, simply fill out your portion of the form and mail it to:

We will complete the form and forward it to your employer's matching gift office for processing. Once approved,your company will send its matching donation directly to us.
Donate Stocks or Securities
Donating stocks, bonds and securities is an easy way to make an important contribution that helps support our families. You may realize tax benefits for gifts of this kind, and we encourage you to consult with a financial advisor or tax accountant prior to making a donation of this type.
